How DarkOrbit Top works

DarkOrbit Top lists DarkOrbit private servers and ranks them by the votes of their players. Listing a server is free.

The ranking

Each visitor can vote for each server once every 12 hours. The ranking counts the votes of the current month and starts again from zero on the 1st of every month, so new servers always have a chance.

Verified servers

Verification is optional. An owner who proves control of the server’s website gets the Verified badge. It says who runs the listing, not how good the server is.

Boosted and banners

Boosted servers appear in a marked band above the ranking; banners appear at the top of the page. Both are paid, and neither adds votes or changes a server’s position in the ranking.

Fair play

Buying, faking or automating votes gets a server removed. We watch for unusual voting patterns.
